Bay Motor Winding, Inc. offers customers an in-house machine shop completely equipped with 2 lathes, 2 vertical milling machines and vertical lathe with a 42 inch swing. TD2000 metalizing torch, 50 ton vertical press, welding capabilities, precision measuring instruments, computerized balancing machine rated for 6000 lbs, pump testing facility, and a wide range of mechanical seals and packing kept in stock.

Insulation Systems

Bay Motor has the Epoxylite Trickle Impregnation System designed for fast curing allowing quick turn-around of equipment with outstanding insulation properties. The trickle system, rated by the Navy as the equivalent to three dips and bakes, is a state of the art motor insulation system. The Dip & Bake method is also available for rewound and reconditioned electrical equipment.

They provide factory authorized and trained technicians for all of your industrial controls, providing in-shop repairs and reliable field service.
